Hi all,

I've just been selected as one of the finalists of the Pringles Australia Flavour Fusion contest. My combination of the two delicious flavours (Sour Cream & Onion + BBQ) has resulted in this wonderful Pringles Flavour Fusion:

Dressed To Grill

I'm really pleased with this because as a passionate cook and barbecue enthusiast, I always love a great tasting, healthy and delicious dressings to accentuate my Aussie barbecues and bring out the best flavours and taste.

As a start, mix some sour cream, add a dash of onions (with a touch of herbs), marinate the dressings onto the barbecues (lamb shanks, beef steaks, chicken wings, kangaroo steaks, seafood like barramundi, prawns, baby octopus, etc), whichever you like really, grill the barbecue at the right temperature under the beautiful Aussie sun, let the heat sizzle and work its magic on the barbecue. Finally serve the well cooked barbecue with the sour cream and onion dressings, top up with Pringles chips. Perfection!
